Pippy is the first story I wrote. Wrote it in a motel room after 9-11. Jimmie is 8 years old. He has Leukemia and his normal life has changed drastically. Every night he takes the garbage out, allowing his to chat with his newest friend, a small owl who perches in an oak tree. Every night he dreams that the small owl and he can talk and soon fly together. Then the dreams begin to cross into reality!
It IS definitely a story of hope and of miracles!
